The beginner+ classes



That's it! You've survived your first classes and forgotten your bruises. If you've even had any. You now AUTOMATICALLY pull your stomach in when the class starts, know what alignment, opposition and pull-ups mean.   Your instep and shins have a new meaning to their life...

The classes mainly focus on technique and the pole is still in static mode to allow you to build up your strength and endurance levels. Because... it is definitely not easy to dance on a spinning pole.





















Duration : 1h15 (1h at lunchtime)

Attend the classes :  8 to 10 times

Method : warm-up – technique – stretching

Prerequisites : neophyte level completed or equivalent
